The future: the world is OK, the world is beautiful, no more humans, the robots live in harmony with the planet – and they’re bored stiff. The department for entertainment (acronym: DFE) is created and the robots start recycling things which are supposedly cultural achievements of humans. When those quickly have been exhausted, the DFE is forced to recruit a workforce to produce faux human cultural goods...
In their new program Nils Mohl and Max Reinhold attribute their hapless attempts at light comedy to a bunch of robots, reflect - funny as usual – on the state of art, once more provide outlook and overview, concoct corny jokes or profound comments, observe, note, analyze and in the end see themselves rise from the ashes in the robot world.
